Spain - Priorat 2011 26 min.

During the spring of 1938, the international brigades set up camp in El Priorat to prepare the Battle of the Ebre. This period of coexistence and solidarity among soldiers and civilians, full of memories, was reconstructed through testimony, photos and archival footage from the time. The often cheerful way in which those involved experienced the prelude of the last battle.
This is a documentary about life in the rearguard.
